• Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 days for Brazil and 10-15 days for all other destinations in Latin America.

• All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

• Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

• It can take a few days following order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier’s system. If the information has not appeared on the courier’s website, please try again later.

• Ambegoda may have to verify payment and order details before processing your order. We kindly ask our customers to reply us as soon as possible to ensure a fast and smooth process.

WHAT IS ITEM PROCESSING TIME?

After the receiving of your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product’s quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately 4 business days; however, it can also be affected by the item’s stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process.

We have dedicated QC and QA teams to inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. 30 Days Return Warranty

Please contact within 30 days of receiving your item. Faulty products can be returned to us if they have the following types of quality defects: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you experience the above product issues, please contact us immediately at our Support Center

Steps to resolve the issue

1.Show us the problem with clear photos taken in good lighting or record a short video and send it to our Support Center along with your order number and SKU (product) number.

2.We will review the case for you.

3.We will offer a solution.

Wrong Size

Different brands and manufacturers can produce items that have minor size differences. Please be sure to check the size chart carefully before ordering. We will consider the item’s size is incorrect if there is a 3cm (1.18inch) difference between the received item’s measurements and those indicated on the product page.

Steps to resolve the issue:

1.Contact us and provide clear photographs showing the size difference (please use a ruler or measuring tape next to the item), your order number and SKU (product) number.

2.We will review the case for you.

3.We will offer a solution.

Solutions:

-If we sent you the wrong size: We will either refund you in full or dispatch an item with an alternative size (if applicable).

-If you ordered the wrong size: We will either offer a partial refund if you keep the item or ask you to return the product back to us for a partial refund or exchange. Shipping fees will be payable by you for shipping both ways. We will offer compensation as long as we receive the product(s), please kindly provide us all tracking information.

Missing items and partial delivery

Please be sure to open the parcel and check the contents carefully before signing for the package.

Ambegoda ships from different warehouses in some cases we may have to split your order so that you receive part of your items faster. Please rest assured. If we made a mistake, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.

Wrong items or package sent

-If we sent you the wrong item: We will either refund you in full or dispatch an item with an alternative product (if applicable).

-If you ordered the wrong item: We will either offer a partial refund if you keep the item or ask you to return the product back to us for a full refund or exchange. Shipping fees will be payable by you for shipping both ways. We will offer compensation as long as we receive the product(s), please kindly provide us all tracking information.

The product is fine but I don’t want it anymore

You have 30 days from receiving the goods to contact us.

If you return the item for an exchange or refund you will have to pay the shipping cost both ways.

We will do our best to help you as long as the returned items are unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging. Any product that has been used is automatically disqualified for a return.

Additional notes about Warranty

-All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you will be provided with an RMA form. Returned items without RMA form will not be accepted.

-All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.

-We do not accept product return and exchange for the following items: clearance items, discounted items, and all apparel listed under both the lingerie and swimwear categories.

After we dispatch your goods,

we will email you a tracking number for the courier company (this will be based on your email preferences). Depending on the chosen courier, there may sometimes be a delay of one working day between dispatching your order from our warehouse in China and obtaining the shipping tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number from us, it probably means that we have not sent out your order yet.

Most orders take 1-3 days to complete the verification, packing and dispatch process. If you require additional information on the location of your order, please open a ticket in the support system (at eshopping-cart.com/contact-us) quoting your order number(s) and we will assist you.
